		Job Title: Job Captain (Architect) City of Job: Sunnyvale, CA 94085 County of Job: Santa Clara Experience Required: 3 years Education Required: Bachelor’s degree Number of Openings: 1 Duration: Long Term Hours Per Week: 40+ Job duties: Prepare contract documents for building contractors. Support Project Managers throughout the architectural process. Apply knowledge of various architectural practices, town planning principles, mathematics, building materials, and other physical sciences to complete scale drawings. Prepare information regarding design, structure specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, and construction time. Make adjustments or changes to drawings as necessary. Conduct field investigations and detailed field measurements. Prepare project designs and plans using AutoCAD software and equipment. Prepare construction documentation, and prepare project schedules and related documents (cost estimates, bills of materials) using Project Manager and Excel.
